Band SO tight, cups not shapely

The Band is SO tight, don’t think anyone is planning to carry bricks in their bra that this sort of band must carry weight of, it’s just boobs! :)

The band is super small and excruciatingly tight and the cups at the same time are not shapely. The top of the cup is too high and loose.

I was away for 2 weeks and couldn’t try the bra. Can I please get an exchange in a bigger size and smaller cup? All tags are intact. Haven’t worn at all. Actually can’t wear at all, I’d die of suffocation 😂😂
