Improper stitch

The product is very comfortable to wear, and I really wanted to keep it. However, the stitching where the hook strap connects to the shoulder strap is poorly done. After a few months of washing, the fabric around this area is likely to wear out and eventually tear. If the fabric were a bit thicker, this stitching issue could be overlooked, but unfortunately, the material isn’t very durable.
